* Du 1er février au 31 mars, un avis de 28 jours est requis pour obtenir un remboursement d'un dépôt... mais si le séjour est raccourci ou cancellé, mois que 28 jours avant l'arrivée, nous essairons de re-louer votre unité pour tous le sjours cancellé pour rembourser le montant, moins un frais administratif de $30.00. Avis de 14 jours seulement s'appliquent pour les autres mois.
 * Les enfant de moins de 12 and peuvent partager gratuitement les installations avec leur parents. Maximum 2 enfants. $10 par enfant supplémentaires.

Welcome and thank you for choosing the Lorelei Resort. We are pleased to have you as a guest. We wish to make all our guests visit as pleasant as possible. In doing so we would like you to be aware of our rules and procedures during your stay.

1- There is only one parking space per room. All vehicles parked on resort must have a valid parking permit correctly displayed, or vehicle will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. There are no reserve space; all parking is on a first come basis. Any guest of yours must use street parking.

2- We will provide in-room housekeeping service once a week. If you have a room with a kitchen you must keep up with the cleaning of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee at checkout. Towels are not to be taken off the property. Towels are provided for shower use only.

3- The resort hours are from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM. There can be no overnight guests on the property without written permission of the manager. All guest during resort hours must be registered at the office. You will be responsible for their conduct while on the property, and liable for any damage they may cause.

4- Please be mindful of energy and water use/waste. We can offer these lower rates only if you help us keep our costs down. No doors or windows should be left open while the air conditioner is on, all lights and TV should be turned off when you leave the room.

5- You must abide by all resort policies and rules, including:

a) No loud noises between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
b) Respect of other guests, especially concerning noise (loud conversation and TV volume).
c) Respect of resort property.
d) No bottles or glass in the pool area.
e) No running in the pool area
f) An adult must accompany children in pool. No lifeguard on duty.
g) Clean up after yourself and your guest if you use the grill or tables in the pool area.
h) All rooms are Non-Smoking rooms.
i) No pets

6- Full payment is due on Check-in

7- There are no refunds given at any time

We do hope you enjoy your stay with us. Please let us know if you have any problems or concerns. If there are maintenance issues, please let the office know as soon as possible so we can address the issues.
